It made local headlines when Duval County Superintendent Nikolai Vitti said he wanted to cut the contract between the school district and the Schultz Center for Teaching and Leadership.
However, the superintendent also has plans to reduce contracts with some of the other organizations the district does business with.
The superintendent gave a list of those reductions to School Board members recently. Most of the organizations listed represent a reduction in the contract, but not necessarily an elimination of the provided service.
